How long does it take to ship a complete bicycle?
Complete bicycles are custom-built to order. Once your specifications are finalized, please allow 4 to 8 weeks for assembly, safety testing, and professional packing before the bike leaves our workshop.
What is your return policy for components and accessories?
We accept returns on unused components and accessories in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that installed parts or items showing signs of wear are not eligible for a refund.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship most frames, parts, and accessories worldwide. However, due to size constraints and shipping costs, complete bicycles are typically limited to the continental United States and Canada.
How do I choose the correct frame size?
We use the Pubic Bone Height (PBH) method rather than standard height charts to ensure the most comfortable fit. We recommend measuring your PBH at home and consulting our sizing guide before placing an order.
What kind of warranty do you offer on steel frames?
Our steel frames are built to last a lifetime. We offer a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the original owner. This does not cover crashes, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
Can I visit your workshop for a test ride?
Absolutely. Our Walnut Creek showroom is open for test rides by appointment. We encourage you to try different models to feel the unique geometry and ride quality of our lugged steel frames.
