Shirt - Aussie Wool Sleeveless, Various colors, but only in Medium
Aussie Wool Sleeveless
This is the most useful garment we sell. Wear it as a first layer under a seersucker or any other dressy-type shirt, or under any of the woolies you see in this catalogue. Or you can wear it on top, and take it off mid-ride if you start to sweat too much. That's actually a good way to go, because you can strip off a layer from your torso only. Layer this with a short-sleeve or long-sleeve featherweight or both, and you've got a great system. The layers keep you warm, dry out fast, and give you tons of flexibility. It's no impulse buy, but you'll eventually find out that it's a thing you'll wear 24/7, all year long. Made out of the same same really comfy and durable merino wool as all the other Aussie stuff we sell. Thermo Fleece, 100% pure Australian Merino wool, interlock knit, 18.5 microns, 200 gsm.
Vaughn is riding a 53cm Legolas and wearing a Small purplish-blue sleeveless in the "Walking the Dog" video below. This batch of sleeveless tops is a dark Navy blue that is almost black.
SIZING: If you like really very very baggy loose shirts, buy UP a size or two (otherwise, buy your usual tee shirt size). Minimal shrinkage, but still & I/Grant am 5-10 x 185 pounds, my dress shirt size is a L, and I like shirts to sag a lot, so I wear a 2XL. Plan accordingly.
