Very unassuming and cheap sleeper rear derailer by Shimano but don't let that fool you. You can officially use it with a cassette that has a cog as big as 40t. Like this cassette here. None of the other cheapy Shimano rear derailleurs can officially go as low. (The new Essa rear derailleur can go as low as 45t, but this one will work better with friction shifters).
