Shimano rear derailleur ESSA RD-U2000, 8 speed

Really neat new super value product from friends Shimano.  'Sposed to be 1-by only but we're going to test it with front derailleurs, too. UPDATE: we tried it and it doesn't work well enough that we'd recommend using it with a front derailer.

Use this rear derailer with the 8 speed 11-45 cassette.

Shifters: any friction or any new or old 8 speed index will work.
